Thank you for your input! That's the great thing about this platform is that it's open to peoples ideas & opinions.I'll just say that you and I can agree to disagree on this one.I never said its impossible for one to change however in the U.S. my Aussie friend the masses don't embrace change. (If they did they did we wouldn't have 8.0 + unemployment right now) They like their 9 to 5, then the reality TV shows at 8:00 pm, the comfort of knowing it will all happen again tomorrow and they will get the guaranteed paycheck at the end of the week.I'm not being a pessimist, just looking at the results. (over 4.7 million U.S. citizens living on unemployment right now & growing)I do however agree with you that change is entirely possible when supported however the individual has to "want" the change, not "need" the change. Lots of people need to change their level of awareness but they don't want to. Big difference.Seth Godin stated something very powerful in Tribes that sums up the mass of Americans state of awareness:Reacting is easiest
Responding is a little harder
To initiate is completely difficult. This lends to anything really as far as opportunity or leading a new idea. It also lends to the state of many peoples awareness. If this wasn't true Even you and I wouldn't be having this conversation and you certainly wouldn't have to offer your book & course and I wouldn't have to blog about it.The good news is there "are" people looking for a better way and those are the ones we should focus on Even. They don't just "need" our help, they "want it."**Working with those who "want it" they, along with you and I can be the catalyst for spreading the idea of awareness.**I thank you for your feedback because after reading my post after a few days and you challenging my thoughts I really should have prefaced the entire post. because I feel as if I "missed my mark."I don't "disagree" with your feedback at all. I want to be clear on that. You make some very valid points and you're right, he or she who serves the group ARE the leaders. In my opinion leadership is more than just offering a book or a course and asking people to join you though. You must have a group who own & nurture the idea of "awareness is vital" and we must support and spread that idea along with others. It's the "idea" that we must work on and create. It's the hope of a better world that you and I must create Even that lends people to want to not only be a part of that world but participate & collaborate in it.There may be some marketing in there somewhere that's required as well. I'm sure it wouldn't hurt. :-)Thank you again my friend. Your feedback is valued as always.

Even,<br
