However, it was Malcolm Shepherd Knowles and his term Andragogy which referenced to the art and science of adult education.
The premise is your clients are able to move from dependency to self-directed learning…and experience progress.
You don’t want clients that are dependent on you. You want them to be empowered and take the initiative.
This is engineered on your part when you properly organize your content and then facilitate it with immediate feedback.

ORGANIZE: Organize your new group training content into a cohesive outline so you know exactly what you’re providing your prospects and the “ah hah’s” they’re going to have each week. The more clear on this you are the more you feel GOOD about pre-launching your program to your audience.
